The Human Rights Commission of Maldives (HRCM), on Saturday, revealed an ongoing investigation concerning the dead body discovered off the coast of capital city Male'.
According to local media outlet Mihaaru, the victim's family submitted the case to HRCM and other relevant institutions in order as the body exhibited several injuries.
