The Attorney General's Office, on Friday, stated that it responded to 1,003 out of 1082 requests for legal assistance by state institutions in 2019.

According to statistics revealed by the AG Office, they provided counsel in 354 cases concerning legal agreements, 103 cases related to various regulations and 52 cases regarding policies. The AG Office also answered a further 27 referrals concerning the ratification of bills and 15 cases related to treaties.

The nature of the remaining 452 requests was not disclosed by the AG Office.
