A man was arrested Saturday, for allegedly issuing death threats to the High Court (HC) Chief Judge Shujau Usman on Friday.
According to Maldives Police Service, a 50-year old man attempted to assault the judge and threatened to end his life. Judge Shujau was accompanied by another individual at the time.
