Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed Khaleel on Tuesday departed to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to attend the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) discussions on Israeli violations in the city of Al-Quds Al Sharif.
OIC will hold the Open-Ended Extraordinary Meeting of Executive Committee at the level of Foreign Ministers at its headquarters on July 17.
Included amongst the topics of discussion is Israel's granting of access to the 'Pilgrims’ Path' under the town of Silwan, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Further violations that will be discussed include the confiscation of dozens of Palestinian land properties in Al-Quds Al-Sharif, threatening to demolish tens of houses as part of the policy of Judaization of the Holy City, displacing its inhabitants and changing its Arab identity.
