Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) increased maternity leave to six months for their staff members starting from the month of April.
According to ACC, maternity leave will be granted from the date issued by the documents provided by a medical facility, or starting from the date of birth.
The six-month leave will take into account public holidays and will be a fully paid leave inclusive of allowances.
The graft watchdog also increased paternity leave to one month.
Following the government's decision in March to extend maternity leave to six months, many independent organisations and state-run companies have followed suit, extending such leave allowances.
