A video circulating on social media shows the speeding pick up careening out of control and colliding with the fence. The footage shows a boy and a man getting out of the pick up.
After the accident, the two left the scene. It does not appear as if either of the two were harmed in the accident.
Police have said that the pick up had been driven by a child under the age of 18. They said that the pick up involved has now been towed, and they are investigating the incident.
