Maafushi's match against Kaashidhoo ended 1-0 with its only goal scored by Ahmed Shavin Shiham.
Kaafu atoll's best player was Maafushi's Ahmed Shamal while Shamaal and Dhiffushi's Zain Zafar were named top scorers.
This is the second time Maafushi claimed the title, with the first being in 2018.
After Kaafu atoll's final match, the tournament's zone round started with two zone four matches.
Two zone two matches were also played after. Inguraidhoo played the first match against Milandhoo and won 3-0 while Kanditheemu lost to Dhuvaafaru with a score of 2-1.
Last night's first matches started at 08:00 pm with Dhidhhoo and Vashafaru facing off in Haa Alifu atoll's finals, and Neykurendhoo and Naivaadhoo playing in the Haa Dhaalu atoll's finals.
After that, three zone seven matches were scheduled where Fuvahmulah's Dhandimagu team played.
