Fazeela Usman’s "Faxy's Hijama Therapy" centre has been registered with the Ministry of Health.
The centre was closed in October last year following Health Ministry's warning to involve the police to enforce shutdown for operating without a permit.
Fazeela announced the registration on social media, stating that while the centre is now officially registered, it has not yet received the necessary license to resume services.
“I am also constantly working on getting my license,” she stated.
Criticism has previously been directed at Fazeela for allegedly practicing Hijama therapy without formal training. However, she has said that she completed training in Hijama therapy.
Fazeela also filed a court case challenging the authorities’ refusal to grant her a permit to provide Hijama services.
