HDC orders removal of goods kept illegally in Hulhumale' Phase 3

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has once again issued an order to remove goods stored illegally in the reclaimed area of Hulhumale' Phase 3.

Removal of goods kept in empty plots in Hulhumale' Phases 2 and 3 was ordered by HDC back in May as well. However, the owners of these goods had failed to comply.

HDC stated today that land plots in Hulhumale' Phase 3 are still being used to store goods and equipment illegally. They announced that if the areas are not cleared by October 11, the goods there will be considered unwanted and unclaimed, and the company will proceed to clear the areas according to regulations.

They stated that they would not take responsibility for any loss caused to goods stored as such during the clearing process.
