MWSC introduces enhanced e-portal services

Male' Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has upgraded their e-portal services, launching enhanced online services today.

The new services were launched today by MWSC Chairperson Shamhooza Ahmed and Managing Director Abdul Matheen Mohamed.

At the ceremony, Matheen said that the upgrades are being introduced so as to provide convenience to customers using the latest technology. He said that use of the e-portal would now be easier for customers.

Upgrades include provision of services through the use of eFaas, online application for services, instant updates of service requests, and SMS updates of status changes on requests.

Through online services, customers can now check details of multiple accounts, and pay multiple bills of either the same account or multiple accounts.

The updates also allow customers with smart meters installed in their residence to monitor usage.
