A 44-year-old woman has been arrested for assaulting a police officer who attempted to advise her against causing a public nuisance.
She was taken to the Criminal Court, where she was remanded in custody for 15 days for obstructing police duties and public nuisance.
The arrest warrant noted that the woman frequently entered the fish market cafe' and harassed people there.
On the day of the incident, police intervened to stop her actions, the court order said.
