Land for industrial purposes in Hulhumale' Phase 2 has been announced for sale through a bidding process.
The land plots range from 3,689 to 3,746 square feet.

Maldivians aged 18 and above are eligible to submit bids. Companies interested in bidding must be registered in the Maldives and solely owned by Maldivians.
The opening bid for the land is set at MVR 7,500 per sqft, and interested parties can apply through HDC's online portal.
The sale process consists of two phases. The submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI), followed by bidding if multiple EOIs are received for the same plot.
