Maldives govt to donate 1 million tuna cans to Türkiye and Syria

The Maldivian government on Friday announced its decision to donate one million cans of tuna to Türkiye and Syria to assist in relief efforts.

The Spokesperson at the President’s Office, Miuvaan Mohamed, revealed that the Maldivian government would be donating 500,000 tuna cans to each country "as a symbolic gesture from the Maldivian people towards the relief efforts."
