The President's Office has announced today that this year as well the official working hours for the government will be from 9am to 1pm during Ramadan and the first seven days of Shawwal.
While civil servants will be working four hours a day during Ramadan, the last ten days of Ramadan have been declared as holidays.
Previously the government working hours during Ramadan were 10am to 2pm. The times were changed to 9am to 1pm on March 6, 2022.
As per the calendar, Ramadan this year will begin on March 1.
