HDC is looking for a party to develop a top tier hotel in Hulhumalé Phase 2.
Housing Development Corporation (HDC) today opened applications for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to develop three high tier hotels in the Urban Isle of Hulhumalé Phase 2's Integrated Tourism Zone.
As per HDC's announcement, the hotels will be developed with the latest facilities and quality services tailored to tourists who visit the country.
Although the state-owned company will favour applicants wanting to adopt a lease model, other models are also welcome in the EOI applications.
If multiple applications are received for the same project, HDC said they would consider the most complete proposals, as well as the proposed model and experience.
Interested parties are to email their proposals to HDC before 14:00 hrs of 29th October, 2024.
Last month, HDC also opened up applications to develop boutique hotels in Hulhumalé Phase 2.
