Japanese products, from sake and green tea to Wagyu beef, were showcased with support from major importer Sara International Co. Ltd. Yamaki Co. Ltd, which operates a katsuboshi production subsidiary (YMAK) in Addu City, introduced products using Maldivian bonito, highlighting the quality and diversity of Japanese ingredients and their potential in the local market.
