Man who fell unconscious in a cafe' dies in hospital

A man who was rushed to the hospital after he fell unconscious while in a cafe' last night has passed away.

Police, citing Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, said last night that the man died while receiving treatment at the hospital.

The man has been identified as Ahmed Shareef, 58, of M. Moon Drops.

No further information regarding the incident has been released by the Police.

This is the third unexplained death in Male' in recent weeks.
