MI College has gifted 300 plants to Male' City Council.
In a ceremony held yesterday, the plants were handed over to Male' City Mayor Adam Azim by MI College founder, Chairman and CEO Ahmed Mottaki.
The gifting of these plants fall under the 'Let's Green It' programme of their 'For the Nation' CSR initiative.
MI College gifted shade trees: 60 terminalia plants, 40 denolix regia plants and 200 spanish cherry plants, from their agriculture school in Addu.
MI College was the first in Maldives to introduce agriculture programs. They conduct courses in gardening at their Addu School of Agriculture.
