Hulhule - May 8, 2024 Maldives' flag carrier, Maldivian Aero has brought its fourth Avions de Transport Régional (ATR) aircraft to the country yesterday. This airplane by the renown regional aircraft manufacturer, ATR consists of 42 passenger seats. The aircraft landed in the Velana International Airport Wednesday evening at 0510 hrs. A special ceremony was also held to commemorate the addition of the new aircraft, participated by Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation Mohamed Ameen and Minister of Cities, Local Governance and Public Works Adam Shareef Umar.
