A campaign has been launched to conform illegal immigrants back into the boundaries of law, under which fingerprints and photographs of immigrants are being collected from across the country. Inaugurating the ceremony held in K. Himmafushi today to launch the campaign named 'Kurangi', Homeland Minister, Ali Ihusaan stated that the matter of illegal immigrants has escalated with economic issues soaring. He asserted that therefore, a nation-wide campaign was launched to resolve the issue assuming that this may pose a threat to natural security.
