Bangladesh schools reopened after 18 months in one of the world's longest shutdowns due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic. According to the nation's telecom operator's association, only 41 percent of Bangladesh's 169 million population have smartphones, which means millions of children cannot access online classes.
