MMA services to be available to public through the week

Maldives Monetary Authority will now be providing services to the public throughout the week.

Previously, such services were provided through appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. With this change, the public will now be able to seek banking services from MMA on all official working days.

Services will be provided through a queue system. There are also set times to seek different services. The fixed timings are:

- Issuing and accepting coins: 08:30 hrs to 11:00 hrs

- Exchanging damaged notes: 08:30 hrs to 14:00 hrs

- Other services: 08:30 hrs to 14:00 hrs

MMA said that they had implemented these changes to offer further convenience to the public.
