Dhiraagu's apprenticeship application is open for youth aged 18 to 30.
Dhiraagu has opened applications for its 2025 apprenticeship programme.
The apprenticeship programme is an educational and training program designed to provide apprentices with the skills and knowledge needed for the specific discipline along which they are keen to develop competencies. This paid programme is part of Dhiraagu's corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The program will also provide job experience and training in the areas of administration, marketing, sales, procurement, corporate services, finance, human resources and technology. Apprentices will be able to develop their soft skills, hone their time management skills and gain valuable information from employees about work related matters, said Dhiraagu.
Candidates between the ages of 18 to 30 are welcome to apply, on the condition that they have completed A' Levels and are not employed full time.
The apprenticeship programme will be carried out in the Dhiraagu service centres located in Malé City, Fuvahmulah City, Addu City, Kulhudhuffushi City, Baa atoll and Alif Alif atoll.
The apprenticeship programme has been carried out by Dhiraagu since 2009, and over 268 youth have participated in the programme so far.
Many former apprentices of Dhiraagu are now working in Dhiraagu and other areas of the country, Dhiraagu also highlights.
