Who would have thought Traphic Jam could find a way to make themselves even more perfect? But that is exactly what they have gone and done with their new line-up.
Unveiled in a series of mini-films on their official Instagram page, the band revealed that the new faces joining their band are none other than renowned bassist Addo (Abdulla Arafath) and the ever-popular drummer Ibbe' (Ibrahim Samih).
Addo and Ibbe' performing along with Traphic Jam legends Kayano and Faube' is a utopian development for die-hard rock/punk fans.
The Edition interrupted a Traphic Jam practice session last Wednesday to seek some insight into the band's vibe and, more importantly, to try and find out what's in store for fans, old and new.
Traphic Jam is celebrating 20 years of music this year, and this is to be marked with a promised new album. This much-welcome score of songs, however, is not the only treat in store for you, although the band came across somewhat tight-lipped about going into details of what else is on the horizon, leaving us with just enough crumbs to build anticipation.
Fans can flock to Central Park in Hulhumale' on the night of December 18th to see the new Traphic Jam line-up's first gig together, at the Ooredoo Fun Run show.
