Civil Court on Sunday announced that, per the decision made by the court's judge's council, the court will be in recess from December 1 to 20.
However, the court added that administrative work will continue to take place during the recess period.
In addition, hearings for temporary orders and expedite requests will also take place, according to decisions made by the judges presiding over such cases.
The Supreme Court is also currently in recess and is scheduled to resume proceedings on the first working day of January 2020.
Although High Court usually starts the recess period with December, the court is still continuing some trial proceedings.
