Dhiraagu Thashibari Movement, popular on social media every Ramadan, is continuing this year, Dhiraagu has announced.

This Ramadan, Dhiraagu teams have been hitting the streets and gifting Dhiraagu dishes to people of all ages. Many recipients are keeping the tradition alive by enthusiastically passing them on to others.

Launched in 2017, the Thashibari Movement aimed to revive the Maldivian tradition of sharing food between homes.

Today, it has become such a cherished part of Ramadan that the month feels incomplete without it. Inspired by Dhiraagu’s initiative, other companies and organizations have also embraced food-sharing activities, further strengthening the spirit of generosity and community.

Dhiraagu continues to introduce various activities and special offers for Ramadan, making significant efforts to revive Maldivian culture and traditions.
