A fire broke out in a cafe' in Hulhumale’, and authorities are active on the site.
The fire incident broke out at out at Tea Hut, Hulhumale' Phase 1.
Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) said that the Hulhumale’ Fire Station was dispatched to the scene after receiving reports of the incident. The fire has since been brought under control.
The cause of the fire remains unclear, although the fire originated in the cafe's kitchen.
