Bank of Maldives (BML) has completed two projects funded through their Small Grant Fund.
This grant was introduced in conjunction with the bank's 40th anniversary. Through this grant, a plant has been established in HDh. Kumundhoo to manage daily fish waste and produce fish feed. This project was implemented by Kumundhoo Revival Initiative (KUREVI).
The grant also funded work to sustainably protect the reef at the Blue Bowls surf spot in GDh. Vaadhoo. This work was carried out by the Huvadhu Association for Tourism (HAT).
BML continues to provide assistance through various grant programs for projects that benefit communities sustainably and support environmental protection efforts.
