17 Jalaaluddin School students scored high enough to be ranked among the top 10s and six secured the High Achiever's Scholarships.
The A’Level results for last year, which came out today, marked the best performance in Hdh. Kulhudhuffushi's Jalaaluddin School’s history, Principal Aminath Mohamed announced today.
A total of 47 students wrote the exams last year, out of which 17 students scored high enough to be ranked in the national top 10 results. Six of these students secured High Achievers' Scholarships offered by the Maldivian government as well.

- Mariyam Ibadhaa Abubakr: Seventh Place
- Mariyam Azuha Mohamed: Ninth Place
- Mohamed Unaish: Ninth Place
- Ahmed Yaish Mohamed: Ninth Place
- Qanith Adam: Ninth Place
Principal Aminath said that this outcome is the result of the hard work students and teachers put into the exams. She also commended the efforts of parents to ensure these results.
"[We] hoped for a very good result. The school always works to improve the results each year. We worked similarly this time as well," she said.
Praising the students, teachers and parents, Aminath thanked everyone for their efforts.
A total of 4,293 students participated in the October/November Edexcel A'Level exams last year, from 48 exam centres.
