Telecommunications giant Ooredoo Maldives introduced a first in the market, 'Saver' plans and 'Turbo' speed booster packs for its broadband internet service SuperNet, on Thursday.
Saver plans allow SuperNet customers to acquire long term payment options of either six or twelve months.
Moreover, Ooredoo is awarding two additional months of free connection for those subscribing to the 12-month plan.
Customers can also carry their unused data allowance over to the next month.

Being the first company to launch speed booster plans for broadband internet, Ooredoo offers customers the option of temporarily upgrading their internet speed, should the occasion call for it.
Those subscribed to packages slower than 20Mbps may boost their connection to either 20 Mbps or 50 Mbps with additional data allowance, allowing users to download extremely large files in a short period of time.
