TMA adds fifty-second aircraft to seaplane fleet

Trans Maldivian Airways announced the addition of a fifty-second aircraft to its seaplane fleet on Monday.

The aircraft was ferried in from Zimex, Switzerland and reached Velana International Airport at around 1130 hrs on Monday.

The recently acquired addition to TMA's fleet is owned by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and will be dedicated for their use.

TMA will operate and maintain the aircraft on behalf of the company. which manages two luxury resorts in Maldives.

The new aircraft has strengthened TMA's position as the world's largest seaplane operator.

The company expressed gratitude to its business partners for contributing to their growth.
