The registration period to participate in this year's "Ooredoo Fun Run 2026" has been extended until the 14th of this month.
This is a run that a large number of people participate in every year alongside family and friends. Accordingly, over 7,500 participants took part in the run held in Hulhumalé last year as well.
The happiest and most colorful run held in the Maldives will take place this year on December 11 in Hulhumalé.
Anyone aged 6 and above can participate in this run. This is a 5-kilometer run. Fun obstacles and various entertaining activities will take place during this run. Since this is not a race that needs to be completed within a specific time, this run can be finished by walking, jogging, or even dancing.
Participants in this run can choose between two types of kits. These are the MVR 210 Fun Kit and the MVR 110 Standard Kit. The Fun Kit includes a Fun Run t-shirt, a multipurpose bandana, a bag, and sunglasses. Additionally, those who register before October 31 will have the opportunity to have their desired name printed on the bib at no extra cost. The Standard Kit includes a Fun Run t-shirt, a multipurpose bandana, and a bib.
To enhance the excitement of this run, pre-event activities have been scheduled. Accordingly, a children's evening will be held on December 10 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. And a music show will be held that night from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
