Education at Villa College is designed to prepare students for the work environment.

In order to achieve this, each program has opportunities to gain practical experience via simulations, internships, externships and partnerships with the industry. Because of this system, Villa College said their graduates are prepared for the job market, and that they prioritize making their graduates into capable and skilled individuals who can compete on global platforms.

Villa College provides additional services for students, such as academic writing, referencing, English tutorial, study skills workshops, dissertation support, peer-assisted learning, and mental health care from VCare Counseling and Psychotherapy Center. Graduates from Villa College's Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance get the chance to obtain internationally accepted accounting qualifications in a short time. As the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) gives this program an exemption until the management level, these students can begin CIMA's qualification directly from the Management Case Study (MCS). The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) gives the program six exemptions. This is the program that has the highest number of exemptions from the ACCA for a degree in Maldives.
