Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) will hold its first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the year on 10 November.

The meeting will be held online through Fahivote, the voting platform of the Maldives Securities Depository (MSD).

The agenda includes the appointment of a nominee director to the bank’s board and the election of a director by ordinary shareholders.

Eligible shareholders can register to participate and vote at the meeting through the infinity.mv portal or by emailing the registration form to investor.relations@mib.com.mv.

Registration will remain open until 10.30am on 8 November. Registration forms are available on the bank’s website.

MIB has urged eligible shareholders to complete registration before the deadline to facilitate their participation in the meeting.
