Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has opened a sales centre and ATM in Shaviyani atoll Funadhoo, as part of efforts to expand banking services across Maldives.

The new facilities are intended to improve access to banking services for individuals and businesses on the island.

The sales centre and ATM were inaugurated by Finance Minister Hassan Zareer, Funadhoo Council Vice President Adam Hussain, MIB Deputy CEO Ahmed Riza and the bank’s CFO, Ali Wasif.

Customers can deposit and withdraw money through the new service centre . MIB said the services would provide individuals and businesses in Funadhoo with convenient access to banking.
