With the assistance of Bank of Maldives' (BML) "Bank Fund," the Maldivian Nurses Association (MNA) has concluded its mental well-being rehabilitation program.
Conducted under the name "Zaitoon" in Hulhumalé Phase 2, the program was run with the objective of providing support to individuals requiring psychological assistance and their families, as well as teaching essential life skills and ways to cope with difficult situations.
BML stated today that special priority was also given in this program to integrate individuals needing psychological assistance back into society, familiarize them, change negative perceptions existing in society regarding mental illnesses, and increase awareness.

Under the program conducted by the MNA, in addition to training sessions and teaching healthy living skills, various community awareness activities were conducted. Through these activities, assistance was provided to over a hundred people in Hulhumalé.
Under the BML Bank Fund, BML has been providing assistance to such important social projects that benefit the community and are conducted in a sustainable manner across various parts of the Maldives.
