While preparing for the upcoming academic year, Kangaroo Kids and Billabong High have announced their Hulhumale' campus will be teaching all preschool grades, Grade 1 and Grade 2.

The school said that all of the grades taught at Kangaroo Kids Male' will be taught at the Hulhumale' campus. This includes the Toddler Transition Program (TTP) for children between the ages 18 months and 2 years old, playschool, nursery, Junior Kindergarten (JKJ) and Senior Kindergarten (SKG).

The school teaches Billabong High's Grade 1 and Grade 2 as well. The school said that coming years will see the introduction of more grades, all the way up until Grade 12.

The school stated that while next year sees Kangaroo Kids and Billabong High School in Hulhumale', construction of the classrooms and office buildings are moving forward at a swift pace.

The development of the school has been split into three stages.

The Kangaroo Kids and Billabong High Hulhumale' campus is being built by Islanders Education. Billabong High International School Private Limited, the company that manages Kangaroo Kids International Preschool in male, Billabong High International School and Finland International School, will be managing the Hulhumale' campus.

The principal for the campus will be Kangaroo Kids Male' Principal Aminath Thamheena.

She said the Hulhumale' school and Male's Kangaroo Kids International Preschool and Billabong High International will be run together with a strong relationship. She also said all of the opportunities available in the Male' school will be introduced to students at the Hulhumale' school based on the number of students.

"We always want to listen to what the school community wants and introduce those things to our schools. All of the sports activities, clubs and other activities from Male' will be introduced at the Hulhumale' school," said Thahumeena.

"It is our aim if parents request additional activities."

Preregistration is now open to students who want to study at Kangaroo Kids and Billabong High School.

The school said preregistration has been warmly welcomed, with the order of the preregistration being prioritized for student admission. The school went on to say that it is important to quickly preregister if they want an opportunity to study at the school.
