Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) has launched the "FaisaRemit Home Campaign 2026," where customers who send money abroad via MIB's FaisaRemit can win MVR 10,000 through a lucky draw.

Under this promotion, which until November 22, money can be sent to India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Philippines.

MIB stated that at the end of the campaign, one lucky winner will be chosen via a draw from among the customers who sent money to each designated country. Therefore, five people will each receive a prize of MVR 10,000.

No separate registration is required to participate in this campaign. Nor will any extra fees have to be paid.

MIB said that making a transfer via FaisaRemit to a designated country from an active MIB MVR account during the campaign period will automatically enter the customer into the draw.

According to the bank, even if a customer participates in the draws for multiple countries by sending money to different nations, a single individual can only win one prize in the entire campaign.

Winners will be selected through a draw among eligible customers once the entire campaign concludes. MIB has decided to contact the winners using the information registered with the bank to proceed with handing over the prizes.
