Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) and the Foodies app have launched a promotion offering customers the chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro Max when they pay for food orders using MIB's Global Pay payment gateway.

The "Pay with MIB, Good Food, Great Rewards" promotion runs from August 11 until 10 October.

Customers who order food through the Foodies app and pay using MIB Global Pay will be automatically entered into a prize draw.

MIB said one iPhone 17 Pro Max will be awarded each month, with two phones to be given away to lucky winners over the course of the promotion.

Every eligible transaction made through the Foodies app counts as an entry, meaning customers who make more transactions will have more chances to win, the bank said.

Customers will also be eligible for special discounts and loyalty points from participating merchants on the Foodies app during the promotion.

MIB said the promotion is aimed at giving customers additional benefits from their everyday transactions through digital payments.
