The Finance Ministry has announced that they are seeking to hire a person for the post of Chief SOE Financial and Business Strategist. 

According to the ministry's announcement, the post comes with a one-year contract. Expression of Interest is to be submitted before August 9. 

Responsibilities of the post include monitoring and evaluating SOEs, restructuring and bringing about necessary reforms, increasing financial sustainability and strengthening governance. 

The post comes with a monthly remuneration of MVR 46,000.

Applicants must hold a PhD in a relevant field, and have a minimum of four years' experience in a leadership role.
