Maldives Post Limited has opened its first PickPost station outside Male', with the new facility beginning operations in Haa Dhaalu Kulhudhuffushi.
The station was inaugurated by MPL Managing Director Ahmed Shafeeq and Kulhudhuffushi North MP Mohamed Daood at a ceremony held in the city this morning.
The facility is located near the Shaheed Corporal Hussain Adam Memorial Building.
According to the post office, the PickPost station allows customers to collect parcels at their convenience during the collection period stated in their notification, eliminating the need to queue at the post office.

The Kulhudhuffushi post office will continue to provide postal services for items and parcels sent within Haa Dhaalu Atoll, to other islands and cities across the Maldives, as well as international mail.
Post office said its Rashu Online Fihaara (Community Online Shop) platform will also offer secure and reliable delivery services for buyers and sellers in the Maldives and overseas through the postal network.
They added that the platform will support businesses using its E-Tukuri Local service.
Post office said expanding and modernizing its postal infrastructure will strengthen its role as a trade facilitator and improve the efficiency of postal services nationwide.
Post office has experienced a significant increase in parcel volumes since the launch of the Chinese e-commerce platform Temu in the Maldives last year.
