Bank of Maldives (BML) has signed an agreement with irunners to become the exclusive banking partner of the Maldives Half Marathon 2026 (MHM26).

The race is scheduled to take place on 14 August at Central Park in Hulhumale' and is expected to attract more than 2,000 participants.

MHM26 will feature eight race categories: the half marathon, 15km run, 10km run, 5km run, 5km wheelchair race, kids' mile and family run.

In addition to the race, a three-day expo will be held at the Hulhumale' Running Track from 11 to 13 August.

A portion of the registration fees will be donated to environmental organization Save the Beach in support of its Protect the Reef campaign.
