Kangaroo Kids International Pre-School has opened admissions for the new academic year, which begins in January.
Applications are now open for the school's Toddler Transition Programme, Play School, Nursery, Junior Kindergarten (JKG) and Senior Kindergarten (SKG) through its website.
The school said it has helped redefine perceptions of preschool education in the Maldives and continues to serve as a benchmark for many newly established preschools.
Kangaroo Kids said its Male' campus has been recognized as an exemplary school on several occasions within the global Kangaroo Kids network, particularly compared to schools in India.
The preschool operates three daily sessions. The Toddler Transition Programme, Play School and Nursery are offered across all three sessions, with each class running for at least three hours. JKG and SKG are conducted in two sessions, each lasting four hours.
In addition to its five core programmes for children aged 18 months to six years, the school offers the Twinkle Stars programme exclusively for Kangaroo Kids students. The programme allows children to remain at school for up to six hours, between 7:30am and 5:30pm, making it popular among working parents.
According to the school, the programme is registered with the National Institute of Education and follows a separate curriculum.
Kangaroo Kids also said all classroom learning materials are provided by the school.
Principal Aminath Thameena said parents will not be required to pay any fees beyond the monthly tuition fee. Each student will receive two sets of uniforms and a set of books annually, while all classroom materials will be supplied by the school.
"Students only need to bring their snacks and a water bottle. Our book sets are designed to match the curriculum and include Dhivehi, Islam and Quran studies," she said.
Thameena added that the books are updated annually and that the school also provides home extension books to support learning outside the classroom, including additional Dhivehi resources for SKG students, at no extra cost.
