AutoSphere by the Hawks, the automotive division of The Hawks, has expanded its range of electric vehicles (EVs), offering models from several globally recognized brands alongside sales and maintenance services.

The company said the global automotive industry is rapidly shifting towards electrification, driven by advances in battery technology that have increased driving range while reducing maintenance requirements.

AutoSphere by the Hawks said demand for electric vehicles is growing worldwide and that it aims to become a leading supplier of EVs in the Maldives. Its current lineup includes models from BYD, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI and Nissan.

The company said the Maldives' growing focus on sustainability has increased the need for environmentally friendly transport solutions, and that its electric vehicles are suited to local conditions while offering lower maintenance costs than conventional vehicles.

AutoSphere by the Hawks also said it is committed to providing comprehensive after-sales support to make EV ownership more accessible and convenient for customers in the Maldives.
