Ooredoo Maldives has launched its ‘Futuboalha Foari’ campaign, offering customers a range of promotions including data bundles, broadband upgrades and the chance to win a 75-inch Hisense television.
The campaign is designed to bring customers closer to the excitement of the World Cup through connectivity and entertainment-focused offers across its prepaid, postpaid and SuperNet services.
As part of the promotion, Ooredoo has introduced the MTV “WeAre26” pack, available from 10 June to 20 July 2026.
The pack costs MVR 275 and includes 3GB of data along with a Medianet TV subscription valid until the end of the World Cup. The data can be used across any application without restriction, and the subscription allows users to stream matches throughout the tournament.
Customers can subscribe via the Ooredoo App, with charges applied to prepaid balances or postpaid bills.
The company is also offering a free upgrade to the next available SuperNet Unlimited package tier from 10 June to 31 July 2026. Customers will pay their current package rate for the first three months before the upgraded plan price applies, unless they choose to downgrade within that period.
The offer applies only to Unlimited SuperNet packages and cannot be combined with the SuperNet Lucky Draw promotion.
In addition, customers who apply for a new SuperNet Unlimited connection or upgrade their existing package during the promotional period will be entered into a draw to win a 75-inch Hisense TV. The winner will be selected at the end of the campaign.
Ooredoo is also partnering with Redwave to offer eligible SuperNet Unlimited customers the option to purchase selected Hisense televisions through a 12-month instalment plan.
Eligibility will be assessed at Ooredoo Experience Centres, with existing customers on good credit standing and new customers opting for direct debit qualifying for the scheme. Approved customers will receive vouchers redeemable at designated Redwave outlets in Malé and Hulhumalé.
Customers on plans between MVR 599 and MVR 700 will be eligible for selected 55-inch models, while higher-tier plans of MVR 800 and above will have access to a wider range of televisions, subject to stock availability.
Ooredoo said the campaign is part of its efforts to enhance digital lifestyle offerings by combining connectivity, entertainment and rewards during major global sporting events.
