Tree Top Hospital has introduced internal medicine services at its TTH Clinic in Ma. Champa Villa.

In a statement, Tree Top said the new service marks an important step in providing treatment for complex and long-term illnesses closer to patients living in Male'.

Internal medicine specialists focus on diagnosing, preventing and treating diseases affecting adults.

The clinic’s internal medicine team includes consultants Dr Mahmood Abbas and Dr Amit Narayana Pillai, alongside specialist Dr Muhammad Asad Ur Rehman Khan.

According to Tree Top, the clinic currently provides treatment for high blood pressure, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), stomach and liver conditions, as well as services aimed at reducing the risk of heart disease.

The clinic also offers consultations for a range of other health concerns for adults, including second opinions and additional medical advice.

Internal medicine consultations will be available every Sunday and Wednesday from 10 am to 1 pm.

The TTH Clinic was established to improve access in Male' to healthcare services provided by Tree Top Hospital located in Hulhumale'.
