HDFC's 'Roadhayah Reethi' promo offers resort trip as prize

As Ramadan approaches, HDFC has launched a special promotion titled 'Roadhayah Reethi'.

Customers who take HDFC's Light Financing Facility to renovate their homes for Ramadan are eligible for this promotion, HDFC said. HDFC's Light Financing Facility is designed for home improvement projects, purchasing of furniture, and small household renovations. 

Under the promotion, three winners will be chosen through a lucky draw. 

The first prize is an all-inclusive two day resort stay for two. The second prize is return tickets for two to Malaysia. The third prize is MVR 5000. 

Under HDFC's Light Financing Facility, customers will receive financing of between MVR 50,000 and MVR 500,000 at 15 percent rate without any mortgage. Repayment is divided over five years. Customers who have deposited funds for five years without interruption are eligible for the facility. 

The promotion will be ongoing until the end of March. Applications for the facility can be submitted via HDFC's online portal.
