Ooredoo has announced that this year’s Ooredoo Fun Run recorded the highest participation to date, with more than 7,000 people taking part in the event held in Hulhumale'.
The annual run, which is organized in Male' as well as other regions across the country, has consistently attracted large crowds.

This year’s Hulhumale' race drew participants from all age groups and featured a lively course with fun obstacles, foam parties and colour throwing, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the evening.
The event was officially inaugurated by Home Minister Ali Ihusan, Sports Minister Abdulla Rafiu, Police Commissioner Ismail Naveen, along with senior officials from Ooredoo.
As part of the celebrations, a lucky draw was held for participants. Three winners received return flight tickets to Colombo, Sri Lanka, sponsored by Fitz Air, while one lucky participant won an exclusive Bootroom gift hamper, which included football boots, jerseys, snorkeling kit and other prizes.

To further enhance the excitement, a music show was held last night, featuring performances by popular local artists. The show was well received by participants and spectators alike.
Ooredoo said the Fun Run aims to promote healthy lifestyles, encourage physical activity and provide a fun space for families and friends to spend time together. The company added that the event will continue to be held across various islands throughout the Maldives.
