Eeezap to have M-Faisaa integrated for payments

It has been decided that arrangements will be made for M-Faisaa to be integrated into "eeezap", an application that provides online businesses and services.

Ooredoo FinTech Maldives and eeezap signed the partnership, with the payments from M-Faisaa via eeezap to be made possible from next month onward. The application eeezap is a mobile app that connects food, taxis and other service providers.

Ooredoo FinTech Maldives Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Hussain Niyaz said that the purpose of the company is to provide digital payment services all over Maldives. He also said that a partnership with eeezap was formed in order to provide digital transactions to many people in a quick, safe and trustworthy manner via M-Faisaa.

Regarding the partnership, eeezap CEO and CFO Abdullah Miuvan Shareef said that their thinking is to make customers' lives easier, and with the integration of M-Faisaa, an easy and safe payment option will be available. He also said the application will easily provide food items for essential needs and other services.

Ooredoo FinTech said that the partnership falls in line with their work to build a cashless future in cooperation with other companies. They also assured that M-Faisaa will provide safe transactions.
