Bayfancy, the developer of one of the largest luxury residence complexes in
Hulhumalé, Bayfancy Residence, has announced that the superstructure work on
the 18-storey building has been completed.
The superstructure involves the structural frame of the building,
constructed from the foundation up to the rooftop. Bayfancy described the
completion of this phase as a major milestone for the project.

Bayfancy confirmed that construction is progressing on schedule and adheres
to strict engineering standards. The company maintains transparent progress
reporting to keep interested customers updated with the latest progress
details.

The construction of Bayfancy Residence commenced in December last year. The
initial phase involved deep pile foundation work, during which 350 piles were
driven 12 meters deep to ensure the long-term durability of the building.
Key progress milestones include the completion of the basement and ground
floor slabs by March this year. Additionally, the completion of the full
18-storey superstructure was achieved by last September.
Bayfancy is marketing the apartments as a new concept in luxury living,
incorporating Smart House systems and utilizing the highest quality, modern
materials. The design prioritizes natural ventilation. Select apartments will
offer residents a panoramic view and a 270-degree view of Hulhumalé. The
18-storey complex will also feature a commercial center and dedicated parking
facilities. A unique addition will be an Observation Deck on the 17th floor.
Bayfancy Residence is being developed by a Singaporean real estate
development company that has been re-registered to operate in the Maldives.
